Ingredients:
2 medium sized apples
1 cup flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons castor sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Cinnamon powder as required
oil for frying
whipped cream as required
Method:
1. Cut the apples into round thick slices.
2. Whisk eggs with sugar in a mixing bowl.Stir in the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Coat the apples with the prepared batter.
4. Heat oil in a wok and fry the fritters on medium flame until crisp and golden.
5. Remove the fritters on an absorbent paper and place them on a serving dish.
6. Sprinkle Cinnamon powder on top. Serve with whipped cream.
