You can freeze your chicken breasts in a ziploc bag with a marinade, cook chicken before hand and freeze in portions or cook an easy chicken recipe and freeze to be reheated another night. Chicken Freezer Dinner RecipesHomemade Chicken Nuggets4-5 chicken breasts, cut in strips 1 egg beaten ½ Cup Parmesan cheese ¼ Cup dry bread crumbs 1 teaspoon oregano and parsley ¼ teaspoon paprika salt and pepper In separate shallow bowls add egg and remaining ingredients, except chicken, in the other bowl. Dip chicken in beaten egg. Then coat with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then flash freeze or flash freeze before cooking. Lemon Teriyaki Chicken ½ Cup lemon juice ½ Cup soy sauce ¼ Cup sugar 3 Tablespoons brown sugar 2 Tablespoons water 2 garlic cloves chopped ½ teaspoon ginger 6 chicken breasts Add all ingredients together in ziploc bag except chicken. Blend together. Add chicken and freeze. When ready to cook, pour everything into a casserole dish and bake or add to skillet and cook over medium. Chicken Pot Pies Create mini pot pies for your family and freeze uncooked. Pull out of the freezer and bake about 1 hour. Since they are mini size they work well for lunch also. Sweet and Sour Chicken 4 chicken breasts, cut in cubes can pineapple chunks (save juice) one garlic clove, minced 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce l teaspoon ginger 1-2 carrots cut in small pieces 1 green pepper cut in pieces Add all ingredients together in a ziploc bag. Freeze. When ready to cook. Add to saucepan and allow to simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Cook rice to go with the meal. Chicken Cordon Bleu 6 chicken breasts 6 slices Swiss cheese 6 slices ham can cream chicken soup ½ pint sour cream Beat chicken breast flat with meat tenderizer or rolling pin. Place slices of ham and cheese on top of chicken breast. Place chicken in casserole dish. Stir cream soup and sour cream together. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is done. Allow to cool and freeze chicken breasts in tin foil. When ready to cook, unwrap chicken breast and place in casserole dish. Bake 15-20 minutes. You can also serve with noodles or rice.
