Ingredients:
1 loaf baguette bread
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup roasted chicken, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
1/3 cup peas
1/2 cup chicken gravy, plus more if needed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut baguette bread into about 12 medium thick slices, placing on a large cookie sheet. Put olive oil into a bowl and brush on top of both side of the baguette bread, using a pastry brush. Put into oven for about 10-12 minutes. When done let cool for about 5 minutes before placing the topping on.

While the bread is in the oven start the topping. Chop up 1 cup of roasted chicken and place it into a medium sized bowl. Peel and chop up 1 carrot or 1/4 a cup of carrots and put in a microwave bowl for about 15-20 seconds.

Then add them to the bowl. Add 1/3 peas; frozen peas made in the microwave into that bowl as well. Finally add 1/2 cup of chicken gravy heated up; either stove top or microwaved, and mix everything together.

Place a generous amount on top of each piece of baguette bread. Transfer the bread onto a serving platter and enjoy your fun and elegant, finger friendly, snackers!
