Chinese Hamburger
This Chinese Hamburger recipe has very few ingredients and can easily
be mixed together at dinnertime. If you are looking for a quick meal
use instant rice and canned cream of mushroom soup.
2-3 Cups cooked rice
1/2-1 lb. ground hamburger
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2-3 Cups
homemade cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans
Step 1: Make rice.
Step 2: While rice is cooking, brown hamburger. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Mix cooked rice with browned hamburger.
Step 4: Stir in cream of mushroom soup and soy sauce.
Step 5: Taste test and add more soy sauce if desired.
