Oaty Bowl

Ingredients per person:

1/2c Rolled oats

1T Coconut

1t Honey

3T Yoghurt

Milk (or milk alternative)to cover

1/2 Grated apple



Combine in a bowl, cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight. Stir in fruit or maple syrup and enjoy!
