Creamy overnight oatmeal with blueberries
Not really a recipe per se but a great breakfast:
The night before:
Mix plain yogurt with oats. Add frozen fruits of choice. Put in fridge to soak overnight.
Next morning: Take out of fridge and give kids salt shaker style shakers filled with unsweetened coconut, sesame seeds, ground flax seeds, ground nuts, wheat germ, etc.. and sliced bananas. If needed add a little honey to the bowl.
Fun, filling, healthy and really really easy.
Editors Note: 1 package oatmeal = a little less than 1/2 Cup. We suggest using 1/2 Cup real oats for better nutrition with 1 small yogurt carton which is about 1/2 Cup. However, you can also use an instant oatmeal package.
