Here's the Pasta!

Here's the Pasta! And there's the Master piece!

Yes, you heard me right. Here's an Italian family favorite from my family to yours!

What you need...
3 cups of cooked Noodles
2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons of raw sunflower seeds
1 Garlic clove, cut up in very small pieces
2 Tablespoons of Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon of warm water
1/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon of Sweet Chili sauce
1/2 bunch of chopped green onions

1. Put the cooked noodles in a large mixing bowl.
2. Put a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to Medium.
3. After about one minute, add the vegetable oil. Make sure the oil doesn't splatter too much. Add the raw seeds.
4. Stir the sesame seeds in the oil till it in brown with a spoon.
5. Carefully, turn off the heat and place the skillet on to a heat safe and leveled surface.
6. Add the garlic pieces into the skillet and stir till it is golden brown. Can't you almost smell it?
7. Pour out some of the oil. Also, add the soy sauce and water and mix well.
8. Add the peanut butter and sweet chili sauce and mix well again.
9. Pour the mixture over the pasta in the bowl and stir it with a spoon until it is all equally mixed together.
10. Sprinkle the onions on the top of the pasta.
11. Enjoy!
