Potato Wedges
How to make Homemade Potato
Wedges. Try this side dish instead of frozen french fries or tater tots. They are a much healthier and delicious version.
3-4 potatoes, peeled and cut in
wedges
1 teaspoon seasoning salt *
1-2 Tablespoons oil
In a bowl, toss together potatoes, seasoning
salt and oil. When potatoes are well covered, spread in a single layer
on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees until browned about
20 minutes.
* You can cut back on the amount of oil and salt in the recipe if you
desire.
*Try other seasonings in place of seasoning salt such as Italian
seasoning, Parsley or basil. Or toss with Parmesan cheese.
