Quick Week-Day Biscuits and Gravy

1. Make up your favorite sausage gravy recipe. Fill muffin cups with prepared gravy. Freeze. Thaw slightly to remove frozen gravy from muffin tin. Store frozen gravy cups in a zip-lock bag in your freezer.

2. Bake your favorite biscuits and freeze in zip-lock bag.

3. Microwave frozen gravy cup in microwave safe bowl until heated through. Microwave frozen biscuit until thawed.
