better.
Start at one long edge and roll jelly roll style.
In a small glass or bowl beat 1 egg white. Add a pinch of Italian
seasoning and garlic salt. Stir together and brush top of stromboli
with egg mixture.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Top your pizza crust with sliced ham and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Roll up and serve with spaghetti sauce.

Pizza Twist
You can use this same idea and create a pizza braid or pizza twist as
we call it. Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle. Slice the top
and bottom edges of the dough like you would cut a fringe. Brush top
with oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Add your pizza filling.
Bring your two opposite strips up and twist together. Lay strips flat
on top of the dough. Brush oil on top of the dough and sprinkle
again with seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
