Veggie Sneak Sandwich

We Mom's know it's hard getting our kids to eat their veggie's, so to get mine to eat a little more (than SHE thinks!), whenever she has a deli meat and cheese sandwich for lunch, I add grated carrots in between the meat and cheese... more veggie's for her, less hassle for me to get her to eat them! It's a win-win!!
